Male Infertility Causes

It is a little known fact that a sperm related issue in male infertility accounts for 40% of infertility causes in couples trying to conceive.

The most common problem in male infertility is that of deficiencies in the semen. Male infertility affects approximately 7% of all men. Some other factors causing male infertility can include:

  • Hormone imbalances
  • Blockages or absence of some ducts in the male reproductive system
  • Failure of sperm production
  • Low sperm production and/or poor sperm quality
  • Lifestyle factors
  • Age related factors

We carry out fertility assessments for men to find underlying factors that may be causing issues.
